How and Why Do I Redeem Vouchers?

Option One

First, find out what your company’s unique access code is.

• Click on your company name and select Settings from the drop-down.
• On the left-hand side, go to View Redemption Info
• Select and copy your unique 5-character redemption access code

Next, open the redemption app.

• In a new window, type redeem.fetchrev.com/[YOURUNIQUECODE] into the browser’s URL bar.
  • Ex: redeem.fetchrev.com/XEEB5

• You can search for the customer’s voucher by entering their name, email, phone number, or confirmation code.
• Find the correct voucher and select Redeem.
• If there is a value, enter the amount the coupon is redeemable for and select Submit.
• You may click Unredeem if you accidentally redeem the wrong voucher code.

Option Two

• In the upper right-hand corner of your FetchRev dashboard, select Redeem Vouchers.
• You can search for the customer’s voucher by entering their name, email, phone number, phone number, or confirmation code.
• Find the correct voucher and select Redeem.
• If there is a value, enter the amount the coupon is redeemable for and select Submit.
• You may click Unredeem if you accidentally redeem the wrong voucher code.

Option Three

• Paste your unique access code and click Login.
• You can search for the customer’s voucher by entering their name, email, phone number, or confirmation code.
• Find the correct voucher and select Redeem
• If there is a value, enter the amount the coupon is redeemable for and select Submit
• You may click Unredeem if you accidentally redeem the wrong voucher code.

What’s the difference between these options?

Once you get your company’s unique redemption URL, Option One is a direct link that you and your employees can use to quickly redeem vouchers. Option Two requires you to log into your account to access the redemption app. Option Three involves you having to log in, collect your access code, then go to the redemption site. All in all, option one will be the most efficient for redemptions.

Why Redeem Vouchers?

• Prevent reuse of the same voucher code multiple times
• Get a more accurate report of the performance of your campaigns

Even if you use your own voucher codes in FetchRev campaigns, we still recommend marking offers as redeemed to ensure that your data is as accurate as possible.
