How Do I Copy Campaigns to Different Multiple Locations?
If you have separate FetchRev accounts for multiple locations, you can copy the same campaign to each location.
To copy a campaign across multiple locations, go to your Campaign Manager page and find the campaign you’d like to use. You’ll see a button that says “Edit.” To the righthand side you’ll see a drop down arrow. When you click the arrow you’ll have the option to Copy Campaign Link.
Click Copy Campaign Link and go to your other location’s FetchRev portal. You can do this by clicking on your business name in the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the location you would like to copy the campaign to. Once in that portal, go to the Campaign Manager screen where you’ll see a green button that says “Create New.” To the righthand side you’ll see a drop down arrow that allows you to “import.”
Click “import” and paste the campaign link that you copied from the previous location.
This will take you to the design page where you’ll want to make sure you update everything accordingly for the specific location. You can then launch the campaign like normal. Click here for instructions on how to schedule your campaign.
