  4. Which Pricing Plan is Right for My Business?

As mentioned in Understanding Revenue Share Pricing Plans, FetchRev currently offers two pricing plans.

Plan A – $199.00/month + 10% Revenue Share
Plan B – $299.00/month + 5% Revenue Share
But what you might find yourself asking is, “Which plan is right for my business?”  What we find is that if your business forecasts monthly revenue generated from FetchRev to be less than $1300.00, then Plan A is the best choice.  For those businesses where greater than $1300.00 is normal, then Plan B is the best.  Here are the numbers behind the statement to help you understand why $1300.00 is the magic number.**

Plan A Example: $199.00 + 10% Revenue Share
  • Your business runs a Buy One, Get One campaign that creates $1300.00 in sales.
  • Your monthly payment would be: $289.20
  • Calculation:
  • $199.00 monthly fee
  • Since your revenue generated was greater than $398.00 (2 * Monthly Fee) the 10% revenue share would apply.  However, the revenue share number is only calculated on the dollars greater than $398.00.
  • $1300.00 in sales – $398.00 ROI = $902 revenue share amount
  • $902.00 * 10% = $90.20
  • $90.20 + $199.00 = 289.20 for the month of January.

Plan B Example: $299.00 + 5% Revenue Share
  • Your business runs a Buy One, Get One campaign that creates $1300.00 in sales.
  • Your monthly payment would be: $334.10
  • Calculation:
  • $299.00 monthly fee
  • Since your revenue generated was greater than $598.00 (2 * Monthly Fee) the 5% revenue share would apply.  However, the revenue share number is only calculated on the dollars greater than $598.00.
  • $1300.00 in sales – $598.00 ROI = $702 revenue share amount
  • $702.00 * 5% = $35.10
  • $35.10 + $299.00 = 334.10 for the month of January.

So anything greater than $1300.00 in sales per month would make Plan B the wiser choice.  And should you start with one Plan A and grow your sales, we’ll work with you to switch to Plan B and vice versa.

** We’re using $1300.00 as the best number to easily understand the math.
