By default, the website plugin will pop up every time a customer visits your website. If you only want new customers to see your plugin (ie, if you only have an intro offer on your plugin,) then you can adjust the pop-up’s frequency.
- Go to your Plugins tab
- Click Edit next to the plugin
- On the right-hand side, select Format Plugin
- Under Plugin behavior click the box to Show automatically on first visit only
- Save and Close
