Please note that analytics won’t populate until all emails have been successfully sent. This means on high email volume holidays (like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Valentines Day, etc.) it may take up to 24 hours to populate entirely.
To view campaign results
- Click on the Campaigns tab in your dashboard.
- You can view results under both the Active and Finished sections.
- Hover over the round icons next to your existing campaigns.
- This gives you a snapshot of the number of people your offer has reached, the number of views, clicks & purchases per marketing channel, as well as the revenue each offer has made you.
- Click View Results to the right of the campaign.
- This will provide a detailed description of your campaign results.
