If you’re having issues with something on the FetchRev website not populating or working incorrectly, it can often be an issue with your browsing data. Try the below troubleshooting steps first before reaching out.
Google Chrome
- Click the three horizontal lines (or “hamburger icon”) in the upper-right corner.
- Hover over More Tools.
- Click Clear Browsing History.
Mozilla Firefox
- Click the three horizontal lines (or “hamburger icon”) in the upper-right corner.
- Click Preferences.
- On the left-hand side click on the Advanced icon.
- From the top bar select Network.
- Under Cached Web Content click Clear Now.
