When you connect FetchRev with your CMS or email system, some connectors will transfer birthday information and some will not.
Connectors that WILL transfer birthday information:
- BookFresh
- ConstantContact* (only if set up as a custom field)
- MailChimp* (only if set up as a custom field)
- Schedulicity
If you are using a different connector than those listed above, your birthdays will not sync. Please manually upload a list of emails with birthdays connected on an excel (XLXS) or CSV file. Please email support@hownd.com or call 877-394-2410 for any questions.
