What Do the Campaign Analytics Mean?

FetchRev allows you to track certain analytics so you can monitor how a campaign is doing. Below is a breakdown of each statistic and what you can do with this information.

Analytic Icons

Under your Active or Finished Campaigns, the icons to the right of your campaign will populate statistics specific to the unique distribution channels you picked.

  • Email: This tells you how many emails were delivered (successfully received to a customers inbox), how many people viewed the email, how many people clicked on the offer, how many people purchased the offer, and how much total revenue you made.
    • If delivered numbers are low, there may be an issue with the offer going to spam and you should review your offer’s title, body, and email subject line for spam triggers.
    • If the numbers for viewed, clicked, & purchased were low, we should re-evaluate the quality of your offer.
  • Facebook Post: This tells you how many people clicked on the offer from your post, liked the post, purchased the offer, and the total revenue you made.
    • If the numbers for clicked, liked, & purchased were low, we should re-evaluate the quality of your offer.
  • Website plugin: This tells you how many people from your website saw it, how many people clicked on the offer, how many people purchased the offer, and how much total revenue you made.
    • If the numbers for impressions, clicked, & purchased were low, we should re-evaluate the quality of your offer.
Summary Tab

When you click on View Results you’ll see the below info in the Summary Tab:

  • A Summary of your campaigns revenue, purchases, items, redemptions, and if any new contacts were created.
  • Who purchased the items in your offer (their name, email, the total amount paid, through what channel, and a breakdown of the purchase details.)
  • You can redeem or refund customers on this screen by expanding the items under Purchase Details and clicking Redeem or Refund.
  • You can Resend Confirmation Email and You can redeem or refund customers on this screen by expanding the items under Purchase Details and clicking Redeem or Refund View Payment Information from this screen as well.
Other Tabs

By going through each distribution tab, you’ll see the main analytics that populated on the Campaigns page.
